Our client is an innovative technology company engaged in cutting edge research and solution development to meet the needs of Government customers. Due to further expansion, they are looking for a Project Administrator to join their well established team.  The ideal candidate will be an experienced administrator who is self-motivated and able to work under own autonomy or as part of a team.

**Due to the nature of our clients work all candidates will need to hold a British (not dual) passport and be able to undergo Security Clearance. **

Job Description

Every one of their projects is different and, therefore, your duties will vary. Key responsibilities will include:

 

·         Providing administrative support to project managers and senior leadership team;

·         Monitoring the quality management process.

·         Maintaining project management tools and reports:

·         Acting as secretary to portfolio management meetings

 

Profile

Candidates will have:

·         Excellent relationship management skills and be able to motivate and guide people;

·         Experience of, and be proficient in collaborative working tools such as Slack and G-Suite and also using the Microsoft Office suite of tools;

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

·         A flexible and positive attitude and an ability to deal positively with change;

·         The ability to plan and prioritise, and the persistence to carry tasks through to conclusion;

·         The ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and diplomacy.

Terms and conditions can be tailored to individual needs e.g. part time working. Flexible working hours, additional paid or unpaid leave and sabbaticals etc. However, you will need to be able to be in the office 2 or 3 days per week and ideally live within 1 hour of the offices in Bromsgrove.
