PA to Chief Executive Officer


Interesting and varied role supporting the Chief Executive Office on a fixed term for 3 months. The role will be office based in Tewkesbury, parking available. Salary £13 - £14.50 per hour depending on experience. Candidates will need previous experience of working in a similar role.


Duties Include:

  • Provision of administrative support to MD, senior management and other business functions
  • Diary management – planning of meetings, room bookings and catering where necessary (Teams/Zoom) and face to face.
  • Take minutes and distribute as required.
  • Assisting with internal document control and company processes
  • General office administration including provision of office supplies and equipment.
  • Answering phone calls and customer enquiries
  • Providing customer service of the highest standard, both internally and externally


Skills required:

  • Previous PA/ administration experience supporting senior level staff.
  • Numerate and IT literate with excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Teams, Zoom, Outlook.
  • Excellent inter-personal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly efficient with an organised approach to work and excellent attention to detail.
  • A flexible approach and a willingness to learn new skills and adapt to change.
  • Self motivated and able to manage own workload.
  • An ability to work under pressure whilst displaying sound judgement.
  • A strong team player with excellent customer service skills.
