Receptionist
Permanent, Full time. £26600pa
First Choice Recruitment is very pleased to be supporting our Tewkesbury based client with their recruitment for a permanent full time vacancy for a Receptionist. This is a great role in friendly team. Candidates will need previous experience of working in an office-based reception role and have excellent customer services skills.
The role will include:
- · Meeting and greeting visitors
- · Responding to incoming calls, transferring to the correct department
- · Assisting with general administration for other departments
- · Booking meeting rooms, arranging refreshments as required
- · Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
- · Monitoring and ordering stationary
- · Maintaining a clean and tidy environment
The following skills will be required:
· Previous experience of working on reception or office based administration
· Good computer skills Microsoft Office with the ability to learn new software quickly
· Smart professional appearance
· Attention to detail
· Good communication at all levels
· A good team player with willingness to be part of a great team
· Able to use own initiative
· Able to cover holidays and sickness (if required)
Hours 8-4.30pm or 8.30 5-pm with one hour lunch Monday to Friday.
Salary £26600 pa
Permanent
33 days holiday including bank holidays.
