You instruct First Choice Recruitment Services to introduce a suitable candidate to you and you pay an introduction fee upon the successful commencement of that person; charged as a percentage of the first year's annual salary.
For this fee, First Choice Recruitment Services will liaise fully with you to ensure we are working to your requirements at all times, we advertise the role, screen CV’s, handle enquiries and undertake face to face initial interviews with suitable candidates. If we believe the candidate meets your needs, we will then send you their CV for you to review, arranging interviews or declining candidates at your instruction. You do not pay anything until you decide to make an offer to your chosen candidate and they have started working for you, and even then First Choice Recruitment Services have a rebate policy, should things not work out as expected (full details outlined in our T’s & C’s which will be issued prior to the engagement of our services).
